Hyundai New Zealand Group Training Calendar

To ensure the best experience for each of our participants we require that everyone must get a quick check of their gear and workspace. This is a free service but must be done prior to taking any of the live courses.

Minimum Equipment

PC or Mac with Zoom Downloaded

Headset or earbuds with microphone capability
Balanced light in the room and avoid backlighting
Video camera with minimum 720 resolution
Be plugged into a power source so battery levels are never a concern
Charge Headsets prior to the start or have the cable installed and plugged in.

Recommended for a Premium Experience

You must have all minimum requirements plus:

• 2nd Monitor to split the Video Cameras and the Presentation Content
• Video camera with minimum 1080 Resolution
• Full headset rather than earbud with a microphone capability
• External mouse and keyboard
• Private space and personal preparation

It is very important that your personal space is quiet and free of distractions or background noise. Do not plan to attend training from your desk in the showroom environment!

If your background video & noise is distracting we will have no other option but to disconnect you from the course.

Be sure that your cell phone is in turned off! It is unacceptable to step out to take or make a phone call. You will be getting a short break every hour!
Have a pen and notepad handy.

Pour yourself a coffee and get fired up about participating!

We start on time without exception so you must be on time and available without disruption for the module.

These action-packed courses will propel you in your professional sales career! We need your full engagement for the entire time.

Please bring a pen and notepad, a personal workbook will be provided for the sessions and take-away.

Day Prior

be sure that your earbuds or wireless headsets are charged and charger is available
Test your camera and microphone
10-minute pre-start

clear your workspace and ensure that your light good without any backlight
If you are at home be sure that others in the household or workspace know you are on a live call. Microphones are sensitive and will pick up the background noise.
close all unrequired computer programs and turn off your notifications.
Open your registration email and click on your Zoom link to start Zoom and connect to your session.
Have your workbook and pen handy.
Turn your phone to silent!
Start 9:00 AM – 12:00PM for morning or 1:00 PM – 4:00PM sharp for afternoon sessions.

You will get breaks during each session.
