We will kick off this year with a total reset of our skills and objectives for 2023.
The sessions will be run to accommodate those new or relatively new to the industry, and those with significant experience and elevated performance. Your managers will determine which group sessions you will attend.
These live In-Dealership interactive sessions will challenge each of you to find your higher gears and propel your results in the years to come.
The initial training will be followed up with Live In-Dealership Coaching sessions, Online Coaching and a series of skill development modules to give you the best knowledge, tools and motivation to be a sales leader in your market!

To ensure the best experience for each of our participants, we require that everyone must get a quick check of their gear and workspace. This is a free service but must be done prior to taking any of the live courses.

Headset or earbuds with microphone capability Balanced light in the room and avoid backlighting Video camera with minimum 720 resolution Be plugged into a power source, so battery levels are never a concern Charge Headsets prior to the start or have the cable installed and plugged in.

2nd Monitor to split the Video Cameras and the Presentation Content
Video camera with minimum 1080 Resolution
Full headset rather than earbud with a microphone capability
External mouse and keyboard
Private space and personal preparation
It is very important that your personal space is quiet and free of distractions or background noise. Do not plan to attend training from your desk in the showroom environment!
If your background video & noise is distracting, we will have no other option but to disconnect you from the course.
Be sure that your cell phone is turned off! It is unacceptable to step out to take or make a phone call. You will be getting a short break every hour! Have a pen and notepad handy.

Clear your workspace and ensure that your light is good without any backlight If you are at home, be sure that others in the household or workspace know you are on a live call. Microphones are sensitive and will pick up the background noise. close all unrequired computer programs and turn off your notifications. Open your registration email and click on your Zoom link to start Zoom and connect to your session. Have your workbook and pen handy. Turn your phone to silent!
Start 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM for morning or 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM sharp for afternoon sessions.
You will get breaks during each session.
